Citrulline Malate (8g) - Citrulline malate is an amino acid which has been making its way to the top of the list for ergogenic supplements. Citrulline malate is a nitric oxide booster which aids in blood flow and vasodilation. By doing so, research has shown citrulline to help reduce muscular fatigue and increase total training volume. Citrulline is also the main component responsible for the PUMP! By increasing plasma L-arginine levels, citrulline promotes the nitric oxide pathway, improving vascular health and bringing nutrient-rich blood to your muscles. Creatine Monohydrate (5g) - Creatine monohydrate is probably the single most well-researched ergogenic supplement today, with hundreds of studies available to back its beneficial effects. On a molecular level, creatine works by replenishing intramuscular ATP levels, one of the main energy stores used during rapid muscle contractions. Beetroot Extract (3g) - Beetroot is a root vegetable very high in nitrate content. This makes it a great secondary nitric oxide booster! While citrulline boosts nitric oxide via the l-arginine pathway, consumption of naturally sourced nitrates can increase nitric oxide in the body by directly converting from nitrate (NO3) to nitrite (NO2) to nitric oxide (NO). While the physiological effect of Beetroot on vasodilation and blood flow is secondary to that of Citrulline Malate, it still plays a synergistic role in optimally oxygenating your blood and elevating your performance level.

Caffeine (150mg) - Caffeine is likely the most well-studied stimulant in the world. Found naturally in tea and coffee sources, it is responsible for giving you an alert and energetic feeling by tricking your brain into thinking it isn't tired! While higher doses have been shown to benefit physical performance, it is not recommended to consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day, so accounting for alternative caffeine consumption, our 150mg dose provides a safe and effective middle ground for alertness during exercise.
L-Theanine (150mg) - Extracted from tea leaves, L-theanine is the compound which promotes relaxation without drowsiness. This works synergistically with caffeine at a 1:1 ratio, as it does in tea, further promoting a clean focus during your workout without the associated caffeine comedown afterwards.
